  The house was charming, super cute and super convenient for all our activities while we were in town. Our son will be in school in the area for the next 4 years so we will be booking again… probably quite often!

• Great Property

  Great house, very clean. Nice safe and quiet neighborhood. Mgmt company needs to give more instructions and answer the phone when we call the first time or call back within an hour. Appliances need instruction manuals, could not figure out the stove top and the dryer wasn’t working. We did get maint to come out, Pedro showed up in 10 mins and had the problem fixed in 20 mins. He also showed us how to use the stovetop. We couldn’t find the network password. Couldn’t figure out the tv other than to watch just free Roku junk. More towels need to be provided. Just to note, the bathroom is very small, nice but small so older or larger clients may have some issues if mobility is a problem. We would stay here again and we would recommend to our friends, but we now know what to expect. Overall we would prefer this to any apartment in the city!

• Wedding weekend

  The most lovely house! So well appointed with EVERYTHING needed for a perfect wedding weekend stay. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the outdoor patio area to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here.

• Rough Start

  This is a very nice house in a good quiet neighborhood, nicely decorated and clean. But there are some things that would make it great:

  1. Instructions for the key lock box would be helpful.

  2. Instructions for the TV which we could only watch whatever was free from Roku which was terrible.

  3. Appliances should have all their instruction manuals available. We spent hours trying to dry our laundry only to discover the exhaust was totally blocked so the dryer was shutting down. Good news is that we called the property POC and a repairman Pedro showed up in 10 mins and had it cleared in another 15 mins.

  4. The previous renters had apparently left behind drugs and paraphernalia in an upper cabinet in the kitchen which caused a stench that took us a while to locate. They also apparently spilled bong water or something on the table runner atop the dresser in the master bedroom. When unpacking we laid some clothes there and everything had to be laundered because the stench permeated our clothes. We didn’t realize the smell in the bedroom was from a different source than the drugs in the kitchen. The cleaning crew knew something smelled because there were new air freshener plug-ins located in every room, so clearly they thought everything was cleaned up and tried to overwhelm the stink with a more pleasant smell but it was all overwhelming until we figured out what it was, luckily we did within the first two hours after arriving.

  5. Between 1 or 2 AM every night critters would be scurrying around in the attic. We saw birds flying up under the front roof eave and believe there are birds up there, possibly squirrels, not sure if it’s something else.

  6. Bathroom is very small but functional. There was a total of 4 bath towels, two wash cloths we found under the sink, and three hand towels in the closet. There really needs to be more towels provided. No towels for the kitchen.

  7. House description indicates that they prefer you park in the shared driveway with the folks that live next door. Even in a small car, we did not attempt to squeeze into that spot but parked in the second driveway behind the house. Not sure why that wouldn’t be recommended.

  Another great plus is hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, crème rinse, paper towels, toilet paper are all supplied. Again this is a nice rental and would come back but it could be great with a little bit of attention to some of the issues noted.

• Lovely wedding weekend

  What a beautiful house. Well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and living room were just right. We enjoyed the peaceful back patio. Quiet neighborhood and ease getting to all the places for the wedding weekend events. Highly recommend staying here. It met all our needs.
