5/5 Very easy access to Yachats and Newport as well as Waldport. House is very well equipped and comfortable. The views of the sea and the bay are amazing from many spots in the house. Very quiet neighborhood. Hate to leave but will definitely come back

Beautiful place
5/5 The home is very well decorated. The views of both the Alsea River and Pacific Ocean were spectacular. Enjoyed watching the boats, crabbers and harbor seals. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view
4/5 Beautiful view! The house was clean and comfortable. A couple of little things kept me from giving this house 5 stars: no soap for the showers and no frying pan in the kitchen. For $300+ a night I would have expected those items. Please think about getting window shades for upstairs.

Stunning views from indoors or deck. Ocean, estuary, trees, eagles & osprey and so much more. Great home & well equipped except no washer/dryer.
5/5 We traveled with a semi-handicap person so the first floor bedroom & bathroom was essential. The entrance to the bathroom was very tight but the room was a good size. Everything else on the first floor was great and the deck was excellent. Sadly she was not able to see the beautiful upstairs media room. We were not concerned about the open railing upstairs bedroom, the view from bed was spectacular.
