Absolutely beautiful view, but have concerns listed below.1. Large sliding door with shattered glass just laying outside with other construction debris.2. Deck has loose rotting boards. Rather scary 3. Couch and dining chairs very uncomfortable.4. Gets warm in afternoon. Could use a cheap box fan5. Kitchen could have used some spices and newer frying pans. 6. Shower is weirdly designed. Difficult to use. 7. TV way to small for space and poor cable service.
