comfy and clean little place
5/5 A nice basic accommodation for a couple like us while looking at properties in Roseburg. The owner was friendly and responsive and we had no issues. The house is small and older, with most things in it new and refurbished. Clean and had everything we needed. There's a brand new deck in back with nice plantings that seems private (we didn't grill or sit outside due to hot weather). The neighborhood is not too far out, but is quiet, and felt safe and friendly when we took a walk. A/C worked adequately.
