  Overall the house is nice except for a few things.

  The upstairs bathroom tub drains very slowly. By the time I was done showering I was over ankle deep in water. The tub took at least a half hour to drain when I was done showering.

  There was sharpie on the wall on the main bathroom. And black mold in the lower level bathroom between the door and the shower. The carpet was stained in multiple places and the fireplace was not cleaned out when we got there.

  The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Problem we had here is none of the lids fit any of the pans. The oven worked well and the disposal also worked well. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to fit everyone while cooking.

  The wide staircase was nice to bring up and down luggage for our trip. The fireplace worked wonderfully after we cleaned it.

  The backyard was nice. The TV in the living room is not a smart TV. So no Netflix or Hulu available. The TV upstairs is an old TV that is not hooked up to the cable and can't be used.

  Overall I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5. There are some things that need to be done to make it a more pleasant experience. But overall we were pleased except for these few items.

  We had a relaxing time in this spacious house and even had wonderful weather. Great for our group of nine!

  The property is very dated. The water pressure in all 3 showers is very poor. The shower on the mid level has a third of the water poor down the drain. The first morning when I turned the light on in the kitchen there was a cockroach on the kitchen counter near the sink. The carpets are stained and dirty throughout the house. The interior of the home is very tired. There was a fire pit with the bottom rusted out in the backyard. The previous guest left a huge pile of dog feces by the steps at the back door. The garage is a dirty mess. There is nothing to pick-up dog droppings at the house, thank goodness Dollar General had a dust pan we could use to pick up our dogs droppings.

• Overall decent stay

  The property had plenty of room for our large family, close to the market and ocean. Downside was the cleanliness. There was dog poop all over the front yard and a little in the back. Also whomever cleans the home, didn't vacuum as there was cereal on the livingroom carpet when we checked in, the mattress under the stairs had bits of crumbs and dirt all over it. There are ant traps in the kitchen and ants walking around countertops. I get homes get ants, however the countertops still had crumbs all around so I dont see ants leaving anytime soon so long as there is a food source. Overall decent spot, cleaning needs to be better.
