It was my first time staying at this home. I have visited many rentals in Eagle Crest and truly enjoy the area. The rental is located in BBC a wonderful area, plenty of privacy and nice backyard views.
However, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the beds, linens, master shower and downstairs tv.
Specifically, the master bedroom had no cushion or pillow top only a liquid protection cover that was very uncomfortable. The master shower did not spray and came out like a garden hose.
The upstairs bed was a thin pad and not a premium mattress that someone of adult size would sink down to the frame.
The living room had a computer sized screen that was maybe 12-16 inches not ideal for tv watching.
I probably would not rent this property in the future.
Our second time staying. Place is great for us. Clean, stocked and comfortable.
The house was perfect, and amazing. The only issue we had was at the indoor basketball court. There was a Eagle Crest Resort employee that was yelling at kids and being quite rude. She then proceeded to call my boys who were playing a pick up game and were just playing basketball names. We had a mixed raced kid with us and used a racial slur. I hearing this stepped in the middle and she told me ti sit back down. Extremely rude; I will never be back due to this lady.

This is a nice tract home in Eagle Crest, just a quarter mile from the Lakeside Sports Center. It was a large enough for our family of 6. We especially appreciated the two living rooms, both with fireplaces (the upstairs one has super-plush carpet) and the fully stocked kitchen. There are three TVs, one with a DVD player.
The bedrooms were large with darkout blinds and lots of extra pillows and blankets. The king size bed was uncomfortable, though, and I didn't sleep as well as usual. We appreciated having 2-1/2 bathrooms. The master bath has a small tub and the upstairs bathroom has a shower.
When we were there at the end of March it was still very cold with snow at night that melted off during the day. The pool and splash pad at the Lakeside Sports Center were closed and the hot tub was broken. But we drove to the Ridge Sports Center, just under 2 miles, to use their indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs. It was nice to have that option. They also have indoor pickleball and tennis at the Ridge Sports Center and you can borrow their equipment with the provided passes. If we had brought bikes, that would have been a good way to get around on the neighborhood trails.
The last morning we saw deer outside our window. We also had a wonderful breakfast/lunch at Mo's Egg House down the street. We ordered a giant pizza from Cibelli's and I have never seen a pizza so big! And we hiked at Smith Rock State Park which is breathtaking and has long and short hikes for all. Great spring break in Redmond!
