• Lovely beach cabin

  My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at this lovely beach house. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of cookware and dishes. The beds were incredibly comfortable. In fact, I got the best night's rest that I've had in several months. I was also impressed by the garden in the back yard patio area. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

  The owner was quick to respond to my questions and thoughtfully contacted me on our arrival day to make sure we we had everything we needed.

  We will definitely be staying there again. Maybe we will bring our kids next time.

  The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was the hominess of the home. Everything was thought about and it was a pleasure to stay here with my two grown children and my son-in-law. If you want a place where you can feel free to cook at home, watch the ocean from the front porch to a fire pit to make smores you will enjoy staying here. Oceanside seems to have a problem finding cell phone bars but the internet is excellent. The owners reached out day one to make sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home.

  We were the very first to stay in this very sweet home in Oceanside, we are told! The owners just listed the house in time for our weekend trip to the beach. And boy were we lucky!

  First let me say that the pictures do not do justice to the view of the ocean. From the deck, you can definitely see and hear the ocean which we loved. Even though it was chilly with some rain, we say on the two comfortable deck chairs and relished the sea in all it's glory.

  The living room is very large indeed - plenty of room for several people to sit in the couch and chairs provided plus room to pull in more chairs from the dining area, if more people were present. We did not use the fold out bed so I can't comment on that. But the two other beds were extremely comfy! The bedding was perfect and elegant and the bedrooms were good sized, especially the master bedroom with room to sit and read a book. The bathroom is delightful - spotlessly clean, a window that opens and very nicely decorated. The kitchen has to have been prepared by someone who cooks a lot - everything you might need is there. The open cabinets allow you to see where everything is so easily seen. Every kind of glass you might need is there and all the cooking utensils we needed to make a gourmet meal. The eating area is just off the kitchen, a big round table with windows surrounding it. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, apparently brand new.

  This cozy house has been decorated with love and great attention. Clearly, her owners spent a good deal of time thinking through what guests might need and enjoy. We will definitely return. Thank for you making this special place available to our family
