Could be so good but....
3/5 In my previous review I forgot one thing that is super important. There is a difference in height between the carpet and the tile when you walk from the kitchen to the dining room. They have a wooden transitional strip but it is loose and sits high off the floor level.
We tripped three times just bringing our things into the house. We ended up putting the mat that was in front of the door over the strip to avoid tripping and falling. It's defiantly a potential hazard. Again I must say, this house could be so good with just a little more effort.

5/5 The property itself was very well appointed and easy to access, spacious and very user-friendly. Comfortably accomodated eight people (4 kids, 4 adults) views from back patio were stunning and a birdwatcher's dream. The Running Y Ranch Amenities include pool and gym among numerous other on site facilities and activities. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, well-stocked, great wifi
5/5 This rental is gorgeous and was perfect for our multi-generational group! Parking was steps away from the front door. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and barbecuing. All bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Well-stocked with toiletries and clean towels.
Wifi was excellent for those of us working remotely. Plenty of wall outlets around the home for charging our devices.
The Running Y resort was very relaxing and peaceful. Ruddy Duck served good breakfast, dinner was a bit limited and overpriced. The lodge was a great place to hang out. We didn’t get around to playing golf or mini-golf, and bike rentals were no longer offered on site (we were very disappointed about this). Marketplace was open for basic needs like water, milk, bread, etc.
Drive to Crater Lake was scenic and convenient. There was still snow during our mid-June visit, so awesome!
Communication with the property manager was easy. Outdoor deck was large and offered great views, but beware of bugs and mosquitoes especially around sunset. We kept the screen door in place to prevent them from getting in.
Highly recommend this beautiful property that had all the comforts of home!
