4/5 The property and location were great. Nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of room in the house. Property was comfortable, but was plain and missing some basic amenities such as a toaster, can opener, bottle opener, wine opener. Very nice patio, but basically unusable due to no furniture there. House could use a few more furniture items to be more usable and tenant friendly such as TV in bedrooms. Recommend the owner invest in laundry. Although it wasn't a big deal in this trip. It would boost it's appeal and it's somewhat expected when renting a large house. Overall though. This is a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, items were clean, location was great and close to where we needed to be.

5/5 Convenient to Ogren Gardens Event Center - we were in town for a family wedding. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking, clean home well-maintained. Eugene is only a short drive away - we enjoyed exploring the area!
