Nice place
4/5 Nice property, however no wood available to use in the fire place, no locks on any bathroom doors, two of the three exterior doors did not lock well, and several electric heaters ran all the time to keep house somewhat warm.

4/5 We enjoyed our time. It worked great for our 2 dogs. It was great being not far from Detroit Lake.
The house is a nice size for family gathering. The yard and outdoor deck are a nice plus.
If your an older couple and need a bathroom near by, the two bathrooms are located down on the main level. The bedroom on the main level has bunkbeds, it would be better if they had the queen bed in that room which has a bathroom .
No air conditioning. other than window cooling system which helps, but when you have days that are in the 100's it takes a long time to cool off.
