A little hiccup checking in. Had to wait 20 minutes for door code since I could access email with the info because Verizon doesn't work there apparently. Then there weren't any directions on how to operate the TV, and I'm pretty tech savvy. I literally waited on the phone with VRBO SUPPORT for 58 minutes until I finally gave up. I just started pushing buttons all over the remote and it finally came on. The kitchen was very well stocked. The decor was nice. The bed was comfortable. The upstairs bathroom was charming.Major bummer: the ad says fireplace. But it is nonfunctional. It is decorative only which I found to be very deceiving because it was one of the reasons I rented the place. I wanted to look at the fire and did not get to despite the hefty price tag of the rental.

Nice place. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location. Street parking w Permit only. Listing says fireplace but it's only decorative which was a disappointment. Also, tv doesn't just come on, you have to toggle through the different HDMI options first. There weren't directions for tv so it took me awhile to figure out even though I was on hold with customer service for 58 minutes. The windows rattle every time a car goes by which made it sound like someone was constantly walking loudly upstairs. Nice place otherwise.
Was here on business so perfect location for downtown.

One of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. This old home had some much charm and was very well maintained and stocked with everything you would need. We really needed a full two bath but the jack and jill bathroom worked out great for us. We would definitely stay here again!!
