The home is situated on a hill overlooking Grants Pass. It is a beautiful view. The home is comfortable, but the layout is a bit different. (Three bedrooms and large deck that surrounds the house on three sides are on the bedroom level. The kitchen, dining, family room and master bedroom is on the lower ground level. The entry is split so you step up to the bedrooms and down to the living area. There is a narrow concrete patio surrounds the living area on three sides. The hot tub is vintage-old and the temperature is at most 100 degrees. The temperature should be between 101 and 102.

Hi Brian, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We do our very best to uphold high standards of hospitality for our property and provide all of our guests with an exceptional experience. We're glad that you enjoyed the view and a comfortable stay!
- We've been diligently fine-tuning the hot tub through our maintenance efforts. Our primary concern is ensuring the safety of all our guests, especially children and the elderly, so setting the temperature over 100 degrees is not advisable.
- Although we value open communication, we were never contacted by you about the hot tub. If you had notified us, we could have adjusted the temperature accordingly or inspected the heating element for any malfunction. We've also taken into account previous feedback, where higher temperatures led to complaints about the water being too hot.
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
In the description, it states stairs to access.
It is a two story, I expected one set of stairs, there two sets. The stairs for entry, do not have handrails. One set of outside stairs are stone. The other set are wood.
It's not stated to access the property, you have to go down a ramp. There is no indication of how to access the property.
The side walk and curbs are uneven, which caused me to fall. I told the property manager, she said sorry to hear that. Then asked is their no one to help you. I also stated on the website it says only stairs are required to access the property. I said to her, maybe you should put 2 sets of stairs in house. She stated I'll keep that in mind. We had to wash the pots and pans before use, the oven also.
It was a holiday weekend, nothing else was available. So, we made the best if it. I have a broken ankle. No rails on outside stairs, I had to sit on one stair to the next to get down or up to access the house.
I did try to call evolve to inform them of these issues, I was on hold for 30 minutes or so times 3days.
When I finally got though to evolve. The person stated she saw to pictures of inside stairs. I looked at those pictures, you can barely see them. The hot tub was too hot to use, temperature of 140. Wasp nest under the controls for hot tub. Access to the hot tub was a approximately 2 ft down.
Faucet up stairs sprayed all over the floor and counter. The furnishings were great.
I asked for half of the payment back due to the above issues, I was told no. I would not rent this property again.
