  Our stay at Chic Grants Pass Home was okay. A few of the pictures must be updated to accurately represent the house and set expectations straight from the beginning. The round dining table by the fridge, by the window, was not there. The loft does not have a picture of the futon. I was told it was a pull-out couch, which it was not. The steps in the backyard do not look like how it does in the picture. The steps are worn out and pieces of the wood are sticking out. The TV in the living room wasn't working when we arrived. It finally worked the next morning. However, the worst thing was the AC not working Friday night of our stay, and temperatures that weekend were hot. The lady I was in touch with sent her husband to the wrong unit, so he didn't get the chance to look at the unit. We had to sleep Friday night with no AC. We had fans but it was still not a comfortable night's sleep. An AC technician came over on Saturday while we were gone. We returned Saturday night and the AC was working. As much as I wanted to love this house what we experienced made it hard for us to not enjoy our stay.

  Hi Mischelle, thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate your feedback and have discussed your comments with the homeowner, who would like to address the following points:
  
  -The round dining table by the fridge is not currently there. A new table is on order, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
  -The loft does have a pull-out couch.
  -The steps in the backyard have been inspected. Although they are secure, we will have our handyman address the wear and tear to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  -The cable company experienced an outage that affected the TV. We regret that this impacted your stay and appreciate your understanding. We arranged for the technician to check it first thing in the morning and it was fixed promptly.
  -When we were informed about the A/C issue, we immediately provided fans for your comfort. The A/C technician came first thing Saturday morning and resolved the issue. We understand that sleeping without A/C on Friday night was uncomfortable, and we apologize for the delay in service. We now have a brand-new A/C unit installed to prevent future issues.
  -There was an initial miscommunication regarding the technician's visit to the wrong unit. We appreciate your patience as we worked to rectify the situation. Our team coordinated with the technician to ensure the A/C was fixed while you were out on Saturday.

  Beautiful location, river running by the backyard.

  Clean and well thought of floor plan, open.

  I highly recommend making reservations here in Grants Pass, Oregon.

  Booked this property as it was close to the wedding venue that my daughter was getting married. Beautiful, tasteful home with a very well stocked kitchen. Wish we had more time just to enjoy the home!

  It’s a beautifully decorated home! We enjoyed the views and everything about our stay here. It’s clean, well appointed, and very comfortable.
