Great gathering place! Plenty of space and super comfy for hanging out with our family with amazing views and water access. We love the great room off the kitchen with all the windows that makes the home open up to the outdoors. Hot tub was really nice as well!
We really enjoyed staying at the Grants Pass riverhouse. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from amenities. The house was just as we expected, clean, roomy and all accommodations were as advertised. It was wonderful to sit outside and inside and watch the river and see the geese fly by. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
We booked this home because we were visiting family in Grants Pass and wanted a place big enough for them to come visit and socialize. When we arrived, we were blown away with the views and charm of the property. The home looks older but is kept up really nice. The wood floors were gorgeous. The kitchen was big and perfect for hosting the family.
My favorite part was the view and access of the Rogue River right in the backyard of the property. It rained on us most of the weekend. But the views from the home and the warm spa made the trip very memorable.
The hosts were very thoughtful and had fun things for the kids to do when we arrived. I thought I had an issue with the spa and Bo responded quickly to inform me of what was happening (which ended up being just how spa's are supposed to work).
Great experience overall!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there was everything we needed bath and beach towels beds were very comfortable kitchen had all we needed. Very enjoyable space inside and outside. Could use a little bit of landscape care but was absolutely fantastic space on the river’

This house was perfection. Very relaxing watching the river and all the geese. We also seen a racoon and a few squirrels. This area is great for a relaxing getaway. We were only here 3 days but wanted to extend our trip. Hope to stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommend this house.
