• Beautiful views - loved being in walking distance of old town - very nice condo.

  I didn't want to include this in my review, but I was not able to "contact host" per help directions - there is no option in this condo's listing. Nor was I able to contact Vrbo - again no option to do so. Email contact should be an easily and readily option. Pocket door in 1st bathroom jams and locks you in. You need 2 people to unjam it. Cobwebs all over the bedroom slider door handles. Patio and patio furniture full of bird poop and cob webs. Dryer did not work. Coffee maker only worked on 1 setting. Light needs to be replaced over 2nd bathroom shower. However, we enjoyed our stay at this condo, and we would stay here again. The bridge is a bit loud though.

  Beautiful property, exactly as described. The view is amazing, everything was very clean and many little touches that were very thoughtful (popcorn, lots of tea/coffee, water in the fridge, etc) Had one question for our contact person and they responded within 5 minutes. Great stay!

• Gorgeous Penthouse Condo

  We loved our stay at the Riverfront Condominium. The patio has gorgeous views of the Siuslaw River and the dunes. The three bedrooms and two baths worked great for our party of three. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and extras like a rice cooker and serving ware. The location is wonderful you can walk to everything in Old Town. Make sure you grab coffee at River Roasters, the best coffee shop ever.

• Better Than Imagined!

  We loved this place! The layout, the cleanliness, the view!! After a few hours my husband told me we should buy it!! We’d never even heard of “Old Town Florence!!” So walkable and we met so many nice people. Bought a few things at an Art Gallery, and a book from a lovely young girl that recently opened a very creative Bookstore. Two lovely Coffee Shops!

  This is a beautiful apartment in one of the best locations in all of old town Florence.

  The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s nicer than it looks in the photos. I will rent here again and again and again we absolutely loved it and everything was easy!
