  One of our favorite places to stay. This unit however needs attention and more attention by the cleaning crew. Two of the three smoke detectors had been removed and placed in drawers. Many of the light switches need replacing. The deck lights don’t work at all. No safe. This unit is nice but needs some serious attention. It would not pass an occupancy inspection. Thank you!

• Perfect condo with balcony

  We had no complaints, the condo was very clean, super organized, had everything we needed. Very well stocked too, amazing time. We will be back.

  Clean and welcoming property. Excellent and relaxing view of the Siuslaw river and wildlife. Noise from the bridge is persistent, but not annoying and doesn't disrupt sleep.

  It's spacious, on the top floor, clean and great deck with views right over the river. The bridge traffic is a little noisy at night. It's a block from old town, so plenty of food, coffee and shops to walk to. Parking is a pain - there is one assigned spot but they are tiny. If you have an SUV or anything but a compact car, you can't open your doors when cars park in the spaces next to you. This leaves you to park on the street or take your chances with the unassigned spots, where it's unclear if you can be towed. We also had an unusual situation where we came out to the living area mid morning one day and the front door was wide open. We are confident it was latched shut the night before, but possibly not deadbolted. Not sure what happened there.

I also have an SUV, and to be honest, I have never had a problem parking. There is no problem with parking in unassigned open spaces; you will not be towed.   Beautiful condo. We enjoyed everything - the well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and the amazing views. It was convenient to be within walking to old town and its wonderful restaurants and shops. Definitely will go back!
