4/5 This location, even though in a fairly dense neighborhood, offers great privacy and is fairly quiet. Good kitchen with all necessary items handy. Good beds and very spacious. The outside area had not been recently cleaned, but we sat out in the evenings and enjoyed it nonetheless. The only disappointment was that the house gets very warm and there are very few windows with screens and no air conditioning. We had a great stay overall.
