Charming house with everything we needed. Very clean and homey. Great location for walking on pathway along the river or to 5th Ave market area for dinner and drinks. Convenient to U of O too! Highly recommend.
We were in town for a family wedding. Most of the group stayed at a hotel in town, but we wanted something that was more conducive to hanging out with each other. This house is lovely and well-equipped. It's close to the Willamette River with trails for running, walking and biking. It's only three blocks from shops, restaurants and bars, and the hotel that everyone else stayed in.It would be nice if the house had an available washer/dryer, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for a four-night stay. One note: the railroad runs right through town and the horns are loud through the night. It didn't bother us, but some people might not like it. Of course, if you were staying at the Gordon or Inn at the 5th in town, you'd be even closer to it.

This older home is impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated. The beds are really comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe. The staircase was a little steep for me and my daughter (we both have knee issues), but our other family members had no issues. Really lovely place; we'd stay there again if we return to the Eugene area.
