5/5 This was a great place to stay for the weekend with my adult kids! Kitchen had all we needed and the rooms were spacious and clean! The only issue was the master bed does have a massive slope on one side.

King tides stay
4/5 Well appointed. Very nice view (interfering leaves gone). Close to, well, everything.
Advertised as suitable for elderly, but for anyone with mobility issues, the 14 stairs were a bit daunting, and there were no grab bars in the showers and in the toilet areas.
The sofas were less than comfortable, and the king bed had a slope that made it difficult to turn over (all uphill you know).
Great view of the king tide waves and beautiful sunsets.
