  This is a great spot. It's secluded, so you don't have a lot of other people around. I did have a doe and a couple of fawns looking in the window one morning though! Great views of the bay.

  My GPS lead me right to it, although it was just slightly confused as I drove in the drive. After that, no problem!

  Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

  It's a very clean property and I really enjoyed my stay. Had everything you needed. I wish all the vrbo properties would take lessons from this one.

  If I'm back in the area, this will be my place to stay!

  No lights in the driveway. It was pitch black.

  POST on Outside on side of the house near driveway sticking out at least 4” if not more. I ran into it in the dark rain and bruised my upper arm.

  Wobbly toilet.

  Toilet seat/lid on crooked.

  Several top electrical outlets do Not work. They had a floor lamp plugged into one said outlet 🤷‍♀️ I thought the floor lamp did not work.

  Was personally told by manager Laura on a phone call on speaker with my Best friend listening that the large patio is for all of the guests. Then manager texts me asking us Not to use it because of the guests in the large house had a minor child and they didn’t like guests right there outside in the patio. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  There are 2 areas with entrances that are Not Useable. The patio door in the smaller bedroom is possibly welded shut. The laundry room is so thin that when it’s raining it is louder than the dryer. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Only one usable entrance/exit.

  Was told the last minute just hours prior to us arriving the fireplace doesn’t work. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  There is mold in the washing machine.

  Mold on several window blinds.

  Musty moldy smell in the house.

  Blanket on back of couch smells horribly of possibly dog.

  Comforter on large bed caused my allergies to act up when I wrapped up around my shoulders in bed.

  Bathroom medicine cabinets smell horribly of mildew and mold when opened to use the mirrors.

  All in all neither my Best friend nor I were pleased.

  There were 3 of us, which was a perfect fit, and it's a great location.

• Dark isolated driveway

  Location was down a alley way, which we poorly lit. No central heating in the unit. Property was clean. Had the weather been nicer there appears to be a trail to the beach from the property. Unit was clean. Property was super quiet which we loved. Lack of central heating was a bummer for us given the time of year we rented. Had this been Summer, I don't think it would have been a problem.

  -We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking, but we also encourage guests to research the area before booking to ensure it is the right fit for their needs
  -We detail all of the available amenities and features of the property in the listing. The amenities are correctly advertised, we like to emphasize that we do not list central heat. Our vacation homes are on the coast and do not need air conditioning or central heat. All three of our properties have propane fireplaces. The manor has wall registers, ceiling heat, a fireplace, and bathroom floor heat. We will add this information to the Welcome book so guests can adjust the heat accordingly. We understand it can be cold this time of year and we're sorry how this had an impact on your stay
  -The charm of the property is its location and its relaxing appeal. The home is isolated from noise, unfortunately there are no street lights, but we also have no traffic to contend with which is part of the charm and special character
  We are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy wonderful stays here!
