We were able to park our 22’ boat and pickup in the driveway. Close to boat ramps and the house was very comfortable and worked out great for our group.

The back yard is amazingly beautiful and is the basis for a 4-star review; the house itself however gets 3 stars. It could be great, and 5 stars, with a little help. It needs decent deck/outdoor furniture - there is a view from the front deck of the ocean, but the outdoor chairs left in the carport are not worth hauling upstairs. The rear deck is large and has a great view of that beautiful back yard (with occasional deer and rabbits but only has a single picnic table.
It also needs a new BBQ, whether gas or charcoal would not matter, but the one provided is completely worn out.
The kitchen dishes, coffee cups, glassware, and utensils could use some help as well. There must be 10 unusable dull knives, which just need a good professional sharpening. Stocking the kitchen with some basic plastic wrap, storage bags, and tinfoil would also be greatly appreciated by your guests.
Despite these criticisms (which I truly hope will be addressed) we really did enjoy our stay and would love to come back. The location is great...between two fantastic beaches. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The house was a little outdated but we loved the location & the property was beautiful!

We loved being so close to our favorite beach, Sunset Bay, & the property the house was on was amazing. The kids got a kick out of the elevator. We were thankful there were crab pots available to use, as one of the reasons we came to the area was to go crabbing!
