We had a great time. My son stayed in the treehouse and kayaked everyday. It’s a cozy tucked in little place in peaceful location. There's two loving dogs on site that made our stay even more enjoyable. We plan to come again next year. The hostess was five stars all the way.

We had an amazing time! Kayaking in the river was incredible! The water was warm and crystal clear. The hosts even got a lifejacket for my little one (9) There are only a couple of deep spots, so with the life jacket she was able to do it by herself. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation! Minutes from the Brookings harbor and beach access! Could not ask for a better vacation! Thanks
What a wonderful place to call home for a week. Minutes from the most beautiful coast line, kayaking tours, scenic hiking trails, an hour to the largest trees on the planet. The host is amazing and lives next door. She truly acts like a host, but is never in the way. If you want privacy, you have it. She has the sweetest dog that my kids fell in love with. We really enjoyed the river each evening after a day of activity. Peaceful, beautiful, perfect.

The host was very accommodating. The living quarters were very close in proximity however, we did not feel like the host infringed on us at all. They even offered to drive us up the river so we can kayak down. We loved the swimming hole The host was very accommodating. We loved the swimming hole in as well as all the recommendations of things to do, they do you have a dog named Murphy that we really loved and he loves everyone, they do you have a dog named Murphy that we really loved and he loves everyone. Location is approximately 10 minutes outside of town, which did not bother us because we like a really quiet place when we vacation.

Great place to stay the hosts were on site. We made friends with them and their dog Murphy. Easy Check in and check out. They were very kind in taking us to the top of the river so we could kayak down. They never bothered us even though they were in close proximity. They gave us some tips on places to go and explore. It is a quiet location we never saw anyone else on the river. The river has a nice swimming hole that is about 100 yards away. Smaller kids could play there as well as older kids.
