• AC didn't work, and pool construction was never disclosed

  Seventh Mountain Resort is wonderful, but our experience this time was not. The AC in our todler's room was not working, and the resort team was told twice. The owner even called us with a promise to fix. After 3 visits, it never worked... and no one ever communicated with us about why or what to expect! On top of that, we arrived to find the pool undergoing major construction, which is one BIG reason we booked this stay. The owner claimed they didn't know until the day before construction. All of this during a hot week. Terrible communication and zero effort by the resort nor owner for service recovery. I reached out to both to share feedback, and both failed to called me... even after checkout! Look elsewhere for a stay worthy of your money.

  Bedrooms and space was great. Small kitchen, but has everything you need. River access is really nice and it was very easy to get to Mt Bachelor for great spring skiing!

  We stayed at this condo with some family for a few days and it was awesome!

  The stuff at the resort was pretty cool! There was mini golf and an ice skating rink. There is only one restaurant/ bar on the grounds, and the food was good!

  The kitchen area in the condo was small when preparing family meals, but was stocked with everything we needed.

  The living room and bedrooms were cozy and comfortable with plenty of towels, linens and pillows. We had brought our own pool towels and blankets but there were some stocked in the condo.

  We drove into the downtown area and it took us about 10 minutes, there are a lot of cool restaurants and shops.
