CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- There are 2 lockboxes located on the pillar by the front entrance. Please use the top lockbox. The code is 1436
- The bottom lockbox is a backup. The code is 0361
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the key to the top lockbox
- If used, please return the key to the backup lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn the thermostat to 65 degrees
- Please pull the garbage and recycling bins to the sidewalk on Thursday evening and return the bins to the side of the garage on Friday evening
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please ensure the gas fireplace is turned off completely
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Approved guests and visitors are expected to follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional terms and restrictions which may include consequences for violating the Good Neighbor Guidelines
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property
- Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property
- Refer to the parking diagram posted in the unit and park on-site whenever possible. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing
- Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable, and free of trash
-  Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place and time for pickup. Return trash and recycling containers to the designated location within 12 hours after pickup
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- If at any time you have concerns about your stay or in regards to your neighbors, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the rental lease agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
