  Agree with two previous posts: the non-working refrigerator was still sitting in the living room (odd), the dishwasher was still broken and the knob was still missing on the stove. The third bathroom in the basement without a bedroom down there was odd. The "employee only" sign on the door to the basement is still posted even though the owner told Terry B that it would be removed. The place was clean; however, I agree that lighting needs to be added to the living room. The layout of the home is different but was comfortable. The apartment building being built across the drive had a plus of a great food truck coming at lunch time for the workers and us. Good location for stores and restaurants in the immediate area. The place has a lot of potential.

  The property was nice. We experienced an issue first in locating the entrance to the property due to the normal street being blocked due to construction. Having found the property, we then found that the pin code for the door did not work. After making several calls and being unable to reach the contact rep or owner, we eventually called the management company. It being late and after a long drive, this was very aggravating. The contact individual eventually called and was able to call the owner who remotely provided access. The listing showed 4 bedrooms and three bath. However, it did not state that the 3rd bath was in the basement which did not have any bedrooms; also the door to the basement had a sign saying "Employee Only". The owner said that he would have the sign removed. All in all, it was a comfortable stay with our family. Recommend that some lighting be put in the front living room. Also, the dishwasher was not working and one of the oven knobs was missing.

• Adequate but has issues

  We needed 4 bedrooms for an ok price. Kitchen was good for our needs. We did not cook anything but breakfast so can't comment on whether it's amenities are adequate.

  Odd house but good location for restaurants. Felt safe because of gate.

  There were some maintenance issues that will hopefully get addressed.

  - The maintenance issues you mentioned are being addressed by the cleaning and property teams, including any clogs or odors that may have been present.
  - Items left behind by previous guests, such as a belt or religious book, were moved to the garage, which serves as a storage space.
  - We've confirmed there’s a notebook in the home with Wi-Fi details and instructions for operating the gate, and they plan to add thermostat and TV remote instructions for extra clarity.
  - Additional fans are being added to improve comfort in the bedrooms.
  - For future guests, the entry code requires a ✔️ (check mark) after the last four digits; this step is now being emphasized to avoid confusion.
