Perfect property and location
5/5 This home was perfect for us during our 18-day stay. Super clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and large kitchen, comfy living spaces, cool layout and a washer & dryer. We needed a landing spot to call home as we came to town to welcome our new grandson to the world! This home was just 5 mins from the hospital and 10 from our daughter's home. While we didn't end up having our granddaughter stay with us, I imagine next time we will and she will have plenty of fun playing with us in the large back yard. I'd love to have time to sit by a warm fire and/or in the glass-enclosed porch to watch the birds. Both seemed like great vacation options this home presents that we just didn't have time for while helping the family adjust to their new addition.
The host was friendly, welcoming, generous and readily available. Fantastic experience all the way around! We'll be back soon. :)

Decent stay
3/5 Nice, clean, and great location. Downsides were there was only 4 plates, bowls and cups and there was 4 of us staying there. You pay a good amount for a cleaner after your stay and are expected to do a lot in my opinion... like strip the beds, start laundry, start dishwasher, take out all garbage, and grab all towels to put in a pile. Also, the outside garbage bin was already full hefore we got there so luckily we didnt have a lot.

- The last time I checked there were 8 sets of plates/cups/bowls. If there are only 4 now, I’d be happy to replenish the tableware and ensure there's a set of eight since our listing hosts up to six guests.
- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.
- We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if you had any questions. We would have done everything we could to answer your questions immediately so that you could enjoy the home.

5/5 We visited family in Beaverton and this home was a great basecamp. It is clean spacious and has a fully updated kitchen. The linens were clean and we were able to put in a load of laundry while we were there which was very convenient. My son had his own room and space. He does not want to go back to hotels for our visits now!
The location of the home is close to the freeway which makes quick trips into Portland and access to road trips to the waterfalls or mountains super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at this property.
