Perfect Location for Astoria!
5/5 Fantastic place to visit Astoria! Centrally located to shopping and Goonies filming locations. Clean, quiet and comfortable. My favorite part was listening to the waves lap against the shore.

5/5 Great stay! Condo is right on the water, is clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed & all the essentials, plus more. Location was perfection, right on the river walk and in town, so we could-and did-walk everywhere. But we also drove up and down the coast to explore and Astoria was a great home-base for that! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
5/5 The property is both larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. Check in was a breeze (it always is with properties managed by Evolve).
The front door exits directly onto the Riverwalk trail. The Riverwalk extends 2 miles to the west and 3 miles to the east. The upscale grocery store and Safeway are easy walking distance. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance.
Given the location, we were concerned about noise issues, but had none. The loudest noise was from the waves lapping against the shore. This part of Astoria is mostly shut down by 9:30/10:00 pm. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but this is a non issue as well. The temperature inside stayed between 65 and 70 degrees all week in August.
We could see sea lions from the deck each day. Being over the water is wonderful.
I’m sure we’ll return.
