3/5 Host emailed us new instructions after we were on the road traveling, and I was not able to access my email while on the road. We received an email with instructions and the code right after booking so we thought we were all set. Thank goodness there was a phone number we could call to get it straightened out, although that was a bit of an ordeal. The unit heat is controlled outside of the unit, it is inconvenient and not set where we wanted it. There were only two worn out towels to use, we browed towels from family.
The unit was clean and conveniently located. Water was provided in the unit, that was great! Bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice.
DEFINATELY NOT COZY!
1/5 Was not at all as promised on website. No air conditioning; was dirty; no place to put clothes out of suitcase; no soap provided for bath/shower, dishwashing or laundry. Had a stove but only one small pot and a few small fry pans (all in bad shape) to cook with. Issues with electrical outlets where the plugs fell out. There were fans that rattled loudly. The place was filled with wobbly tables with dated decorations, and extremely worn carpets and furniture. I could go on and on... Fortunately we found another place nearby. I hope this property is investigated, found unsuitable and eliminates the possibility of other guests having a terrible experience.
