3/5 The location within Tulsa of this rental was great. The 4 bedrooms were ideal for our family. The fifth bedroom is a closet that contains a set of bunkbeds, it's not a true bedroom. Thankfully, we did not need to use it. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love this rental.The house has most basic kitchen items. It's missing a set of knives. If you plan on grilling or cooking there, bring your own knives.The listing is also inaccurate on parking. The garage is short and not empty. You can fit one car in the car garage, but the garage door openers do not work. The driveway can fit 2 vehicles, not 4. Street parking is available. However, due to traffic flow and the location of this property, street parking should be avoided if possible.You are provided one physical key to the property. If multiple people are staying there, it is cumbersome to ensure the property remains secure while in Tulsa enjoying different activities.The biggest complaint with this rental was the check-in process. I had to call VRBO who contacted the management company. After some back and forth, they sent the check-in details. My VRBO inbox messages remain unanswered asking for check-in information. Thankfully VRBO was able to assist so that our trip was not delayed.

From the owner: “I appreciate your feedback, but I do disagree with the parking capacity. The garage is a 2-car, and the driveway will accommodate 4. There are some cooking grills and baby items stored in the garage for our guests that may need to be moved for a second car to fit.
We would have promptly provided additional keys, batteries for remotes, or knives for the kitchen if you would have brought it to our attention. Good location
5/5 Nice house and location. Worked out perfect. If I could give any feedback, it would be the AC unit kept reverting back to 80ish degrees every couple of hours, while we were at the house and in the evening. Overall, great place.
