3/5 Pros: Great location and very secluded. Cozy cabin with just enough room for a family of four. Cons: There were live and dead lady bugs everywhere. Almost every dish we used had to be rewashed before we could use them because there was dried food stuck to them. The water mixing valve for the shower didn’t work, it was either way too hot or cold no happy medium. Some of the kitchens towels smelled soured like they had sat wet for a while. There was also pubic hair in the bottom of the bathtub. Tv could use to be updated with the ability to hook a hotspot up to it for streaming. Bbq grill also needs to be replaced, the grates are falling apart in it- overall felt like we overpaid for the lack of amenities but the secluded location was nice.

Attended our Christian Motorcyclist Rally in Mena was a little ways out just a minor in convenience
5/5 I love this property and come here every year. Quiet, peaceful, secluded country. To be able to disconnect, slow down and sit on the porch swing is something i look forward to every year.

2/5 The cabin had not been cleaned and the dirty laundry still on the floor.
Very nice property and cabin.
Staying in an I cleaned house with no bed sheets or pillow cases installed and dirty tub and toilet wasn’t what we expected.
5/5 We loved it,and are fur baby did to,so peaceful, and the trails walking was great,we loved it so much were already booking another stay for in October, so see you in October, it was so beautiful, peaceful, thank you,thank you,
