3/5 The location was great. Check in/check out was very easy. The house itself looks great in the photos and backyard is very nice.The house is old and in need of many repairs. Doors do not shut properly, including the upstairs bathroom door. There were many broken windows throughout the house. The stove knobs were broken so it’s difficult to tell if the stove is off. The temperature control is very difficult to manage especially the heat. There are many holes and drafts from the windows that made the dinning room not able to be used. There are wasp nests throughout the house which resulted in many wasps in the bedrooms. We sent multiple emails to host with no response. Overall the location is great, the backyard and pool are awesome. The house is not very comfortable. For me I would not stay there again.

- Our home was originally built in 1916 and reflects the character and charm of a historic property. While that can mean some vintage features, we continue to invest in upkeep and improvements to keep the home comfortable for guests.
- The property is regularly occupied and monitored, and no active wasp nests have been identified inside the home. Preventative pest service is part of routine maintenance.
- The stove is a newer appliance, and we have not received prior reports of issues with the knobs, but we will inspect it to ensure everything is functioning properly and safely.
- While we did not receive any messages during the stay, we are always happy to address concerns in real time whenever possible.

4/5 House could have been a bit cleaner. It’s an older house so I understand not everything is up to date but both bathroom doors would not latch so the doors would not stay locked. The back yard and pool where really nice.
