Could have been better
2/5 Nicely updated, dishwasher was not unloaded, yard needed mowed, glue trap behind the down stairs toilet had about 25 to 30 bugs on it and one on the kitchen floor. Chicken wire gate/fence that had to be hand moved to get in the yard. Called and left a voicemail for the guest contact and never heard back.

From the owners: "We are sorry that you were less than thrilled with your stay!
We have our home treated regularly by a pest control service. The sticky traps are just used for prevention, and we will have them changed out.
The grass was a little overgrown due to the rainy weather we have been having lately.
We apologize that the security fence was not left open for you but are glad you managed to open it.
As for our communication, we do our best to respond right away to our guests, but we did not receive a voicemail or missed call from you.
We did everything we could do to make it right and take care of your concerns right away. We are glad you enjoyed the updates we have made and hope that you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us."
