  First off, we will stay here again. That being said, our experience felt like someone had forgotten we were coming. I never received any check in information, no directions on how to enter the property, and extremely slow response when I reached out. After driving 10 hours and arriving at 10:30pm I am thankful the front door was just left open. Because I probably would have broken a window to have a place to sleep as no one responded to me until the next afternoon. Even after staying for 3 days I still NEVER received a code to lock or unlock the front door. That is correct, it was unlocked upon arrival, we dead bolted it each night, but had to leave it unlocked when we left because we had no way to lock it. No key, and no code. When I did receive a text from the property contact, they told me to enter the last 4 of my cell number. That did not work. If there was some secret formula to how I entered my last 4, I was never told. The prop mgr finally responded to my text messages and said they would be by later to pick up trash from the garage. 2 days later as we left today, that trash was still in the garage. We had access to 2 paddle boards but no paddles. So that was not much of a help. This property is too good to not have better service than what we received. I hope the owners hire better help because someone worked very hard to make this a great spot on the Lake.

  - We have since followed up with Evolve and confirmed that check-in instructions were sent to you at the time of booking your reservation, but we're sorry if you missed them.
  - There was a misunderstanding, and when our Guest Contact reached out to you, she thought she was communicating with a guest at another property, we apologize for any confusion. We have since taken steps to ensure this doesn't recur for future guests.
  - We were unaware that the paddles were missing, unfortunately, this has happened previously and this will be our third time replacing them, we're sorry this happened during your stay.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  We had 8 adults and 3 small children. The house fit us perfectly. Lots of stairs the water, but the dock was great! Location is perfect, off the main water but not too far back in the cove. Having no wifi sucked for those trying to work while there but it also kept the family together and off their phones! Thank you for a great family vacation!
