Snakes
4/5 We could not use outdoor space because the grass was overgrown and we were told that there were snakes in the tall grass. We brought it to the attention of the manager who agreed that there were snakes and that the grass would be cut.

From the owner, "Hi Bettye, we want our guests to feel comfortable enjoying every part of the property, and we’re sorry you weren’t able to use the outdoor space during your stay. Due to heavy rain during your stay, it wasn’t possible for us to mow the grass safely without damaging the yard, which is why it was overgrown. We did mow the lawn as soon as the weather allowed after your departure, but even then, the ground was so saturated that it left ruts."
