We appreciate you taking the time to share feedback on your recent stay and are sorry to hear it did not fully meet your expectations. Please rest assured that the interior of the home is meticulously maintained, with no cobwebs or insects inside. As the property is nestled in the middle of the woods, even with regular pest control, it can be challenging to completely prevent occasional bugs or cobwebs around windows, porches, and the hot tub area. One exterior window is currently broken on the outer pane due to a mowing accident, which has contributed to cobwebs in that spot. The screens are removed, and exterior windows are cleaned quarterly, with the next scheduled cleaning for all three of our rentals between late October and early November. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience for all our guests.
