insect infestation in one bedroom, jacuzzi the cold water was not working, not cooperation from host
1/5 we rented for 4 days from wed to Sunday and we only stayed 2 days Wed to Friday,
I am requesting back the 2 days that we did not use, for house condition

We would have resolved the issues if given the chance. We have monthly pest control service and ask guests to keep doors closed to prevent bugs. We aim to make guests stay enjoyable.Weekend trip

Great location - not the cleanest
3/5 Great location - kitchen was not the greatest, comfortable beds, furniture stained. Outside was great and 1 mile from marina was really nice.

Best place in Disney
5/5 This is the nicest place we have found in Disney that allows you to ride straight to the trails. So much space in this house. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable. We go down with 10-12 guys ever year and feel like the house isnt even close to full. The view of the lake is picture perfect.
