Great location - not the cleanest
3/5 Great location - kitchen was not the greatest, comfortable beds, furniture stained. Outside was great and 1 mile from marina was really nice.

Best place in Disney
5/5 This is the nicest place we have found in Disney that allows you to ride straight to the trails. So much space in this house. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable. We go down with 10-12 guys ever year and feel like the house isnt even close to full. The view of the lake is picture perfect.
Large and comfy
5/5 A group of friends and I stayed for a Birthday trip. The host had good communication and was responsive to our needs. The shore line is rocky, so make sure you have water shoes!
