  I just think if you’re gonna rent a place out for that price you need to have good pots and pans and dishes other than that is a great place to stay

  Awesome house! Parking is the only downfall this house has. They did mention we could pay to park at a marina but we had another house in town to park our trailers at.

We understand parking can be a challenge for some guests, but the driveway fits two large vans, and in front next to the tree, another vehicle can be parked. While large trailers won’t fit on the property, we try to provide options like nearby marina parking, as mentioned in the listing. We’re happy you had another solution for your trailers and hope it didn’t impact your stay, appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

  We were very excited to stay here. We were celebrating our grandmother’s 90th birthday. I arrived first and walked into kind of a disappointment. The house had been rushed cleaned. There were crumbs on the counters and the floors were the same way, food particles and bugs. When I opened the freezer there was hair in the door trays and dirt in the ice box. The house its self is very spacious and accommodates very well. The beach access was very inviting and great for our stay. If you get hot easily I suggest bringing fans. The AC does not keep up with the Oklahoma high heat very well.

  Everything about this property was exactly as expected and outstanding, with the exception of the Yard. The yard had not been taken care of for some time as there was debris all over and the grass ranged from 8-24 inches tall. Also had an air conditioner issue, which was taken care of 24 hrs later, but was taken care of.

While we always strive to resolve concerns as quickly as possible, please note that our HVAC partners are unavailable for non-emergency maintenance calls during overnight hours.
