5/5 1/5 When we arrived, nothing was cleaned up. Used towels on the bathroom floor, mess on the table, messed up beds, etc.We asked for a refund and got a confirmation text so I didn't complain... until now. More than a month later I still haven't gotten my money back and my texts are ignored.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify what occurred on the day of your arrival. Our check-in time is 3:00 PM, and when you arrived early our cleaning crew was still finishing the final touches in Cabin 4. They asked for about 10 minutes to complete the cleaning or offered to move you to another available cabin so you could check in immediately.
You chose to leave at that time and did not return, so the team did not have the opportunity to show you the fully cleaned cabin. There was also no discussion of a refund on-site, as our cleaning staff does not have the authority to process refunds. Because the reservation was made through a third-party platform, any refund requests must be handled directly through that platform’s system. Cabin 4 is one of our most popular units, and we take great pride in maintaining it for our guests."5/5 Cozy and comfortable
