Perfect stay!
5/5 17th birthday getaway with 4 teenage girls and two moms! The space was perfect! Plenty of room. I heard the teens mention multiple times how comfy the beds were and I agree! Loved all the windows on the first floor! Hot tub was a hit! Kitchen was well stocked! Honestly my favorite part was how welcoming it felt when we got there…lights on, faux fireplace on…clean…warm and cozy! Thank you for the perfect getaway!

BEST CABIN IN OKLAHOMA
5/5 The best cabin to rent to enjoy Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The place is very inviting, full of nature and fresh air. It is very clean and put together for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing stay with multiple entertaiment options! We loved the Jacuzzi! There is lots to do in town like Breweries, Saloons, Casinos and Museums. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again!

Great cabin!
5/5 We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, very comfortable for our group of 6. The putting green was a hit with our 3 golfers in the family, they loved it! This was our 4th trip to BB and we’ve stayed in different cabins all up and down 259. We really enjoyed the location of this one, being off the main road a bit (quieter) and near the brewery, ice cream shop, etc.

Nice when clean
3/5 The location and property were great! That’s it! The communication and cleanliness were not! I would have given 0 stars if I could have! Arrived at the check in time of 4PM (4PM is already a late check in time to begin with) to find the keycode not working due to not being reset because housekeeping never cleaned to cabin! Waited nearly 2 hours to get into in to a halfway clean house. Cleaning crew didn’t arrive until 4:50 PM and was there less than an hour, definitely not enough time! Management was horrible, I had to fight and reach out above them to evolve just to get the cleaning fee back, never offered any compensation for anything else. I was constantly promised by the property manager on Friday (while waiting on the cleaning crew) they would make it right but never cared to until I went above them! After the cleaners got there the property manager never got back to me, started ignoring my phone calls, then had the nerve to act like she had no idea what I was talking about on Monday when I called to see what she was going to do to make it right, never once offered the cleaning fee being reimbursed as a sorry about that happening. They let us arrive without notifying us the house was still dirty. Was told they fired the cleaners but they also promised they would make it right, let you decide for yourself. If you like other people’s hair all over the floor, linens that are washed on a rinsed only cycle, or liars it’s a winner then!
