  Clean, comfortable renovated space. Located in a neighborhood on a corner lot but was surprisingly quiet. Kitchen has basic dishes and appliances. Everything was as advertised.

• Cute and clean but lacks comfort

  The cabin is cute and clean but be prepared it lacks in the area of comfort. We rent a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the worst beds we have ever had. First they are covered with plastic protectors that make you sweat while sleeping maybe it would not be so bad if there was a cotton topper between you and the plastic not just a sheet. The couch has seen better days and was not comfortable. I am not sure what was going on with the air we turned it to off but it kept coming on so we finally switched it to heat just so it would shut off. Also if you are a cold natured person take a throw blanket with you the only blankets are the comforters on the three beds. We also had issues with the outlets our phone chargers kept falling out so the three of us were trying to make due with the two we found that they would stay in. As cute of a cabin as it is we would probably not stay again just because of the beds. We were exhausted when we got home from lack of sleep.

  Thank you for your honest feedback after your stay with us. We strive to make every guest's stay enjoyable and comfortable, and this feedback helps us improve future guests' stays.
  -All three mattresses have been replaced in the last few weeks. The mattresses were highly rated on Amazon.com after several thousand reviews as well. We keep protective mattress covers on the beds to prevent stains from accidents, which there have been plenty, especially in the bunkroom due to kids wetting the bed. This protection keeps the mattresses from getting ruined. To improve the comfort of the beds, we have purchased a plush pillow topper and a second mattress cover that is more of a terry cloth material instead of the plastic kind you described.
  -In regards to the cabin lacking additional blankets, you can find extra sheets and blankets in the bedroom closet. There is a full set of clean sheets for the pull-out sofa bed, as well as blankets. In an effort to make the cabin cozier and more convenient, we have ordered three more plush throw blankets for the winter to keep in the living room by the couch. Hopefully, this makes guests' comfort more enjoyable on colder evenings.
  -We appreciate your feedback regarding the couch and we hope that installing new foam cushions will bring the comfort of the couch back to life from where it was when it was purchased less than two years ago.
  -The thermostat controls the air conditioning unit and heater and will run if the desired temperature is not reached. It automatically turns off once it reaches the intended temperature in either heat or cool mode. It can also be changed to "off" which will stop running the unit altogether. In the future, please reach out to us directly for anything not meeting with your approval as we will bend over backwards to accommodate any of our guests. We work hard to provide an enjoyable experience and we believe there is a ton of value considering all of the features this cabin offers.
