  We enjoyed a short get away with our young adult nieces. The Eat Out is right in the back yard and is a must eat! Great food and very helpful owner if you need anything!

• Misleading and expensive

  The place is too expensive for what it really is!! The cabin is in the middle of a brewery and a bar, no privacy! Bar and brewery traffic give you all the attention you don't want. “Also cabin was dusty, and badly maintained, the stove's main burner almost half of the stove was not working!! The outside grill was super old and broken, the manager brought me a “small” bag of charcoal really?! For three night stay?! I feel I have been reap off!!!

  - We do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year.
  - Our listing accurately states that the cabin is located 190 feet from Beavers Bend Brewery. Additionally, our description highlights the convenience of walking to wineries and breweries. To provide further clarity, we've included a map on our listing, allowing guests to assess the approximate location of the home before making a booking decision.
  - We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home for guests. We inspected the cabin after receiving your feedback but did not find any signs of dust.
  - One burner on the stove is currently out of order, though the other 3 are still in good working condition. Rest assured, we've already ordered the replacement part and are awaiting its arrival. Once it's received, we will promptly install it to ensure full functionality.
  - While the grill required a replacement grid, it remained in working order during your stay. We've also ordered a replacement part for the grill and will install it immediately when it arrives.
  - When we informed you about the grill's replacement grid, you confirmed that it was acceptable as long as we provided charcoal. In response to your preference, we supplied a generous bag of charcoal and lighter fluid for your convenience.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Definitely not handicap friendly! The step up on to the porch is ridiculous! The lighting in the whole cabin was sooooo dark!!! The bed in the room on the right was terrible! No dinning room table, the recliner didn’t recline and the rule about the bedding makes me wonder if they don’t wash the blanket and comforter. The bathrooms were nice. The location was not private at all. Was not the best place I have ever stayed but not the worst. Decor was nice.

  Hi Ronald, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The property is not advertised as handicap accessible, and there is a single step up to the cabin. We apologize for any confusion in this regard.
  - Regarding the beds, no prior guests have raised issues, as both beds have gel mattress toppers. We understand if it doesn't suit your personal preferences.
  - The vintage light bulbs were intentionally chosen to maintain the rustic, old saloon ambiance of the cabin. The bedrooms, however, have regular lighting for convenience.
  - As shown in the listing photos, the tables only have bar stools. Additionally, we provide TV trays and a card table along with four chairs to accommodate our guests' needs.

  The only thing we did not like about the cabin is that there is not any black out curtains for the bedrooms. The lights shine right in the windows, other than that the cabin was excellent!!

• Birthday Getaway

  The house itself was perfect for our group. The interior of house is kind of dark with all the dark wood, floors and furniture but is decorated beautifally. Only real issue was the location, CONSTANT road noise. It is located next to the parking lot of a popular brewery and directly behind a popular diner which has outdoor seating. People actually walked up the the house while we were inside thinking it was a restaurant so we had to go outside and tell them it's a private rental! If this house were anywhere else I would definitely stay in it again but with the road noise and other traffic I probably would not.
