• Nice but not secluded

  Very nice cabin. Looks like the pictures. The porch is great. We had 3 couples that went and the setup was perfect with each having an en suite bathroom. My only downside is that Broken Bow has gotten so popular that the secluded cabins are not secluded and woodsy feeling. You can see 3-4 others houses from this place.

• Great stay

  The family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and check in very easy. We loved the space, and that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The large porch was a great place to enjoy some quiet time in the morning and evening. We had a great stay at this cabin.

• Beautiful cabin...but

  Although the cabin was beautiful, we had a few problems during our stay. We didn't have any hot water. I called and they directed us how to pull the electric panel off and reset the water heater. We did this multiple times throughout our stay. The lights flickered off and on continuously in the living/dining area and the stairs. It seems as though this cabin may have an electrical problem. It was super hot, so we thought we would let the water cool on the hot tub and get in it. The water had an awful odor and it looked very dirty. The foam on the surface looked terrible. The mattresses had to be the hardest I've ever encountered, along with the pillows. One of our guests attempted to sleep on the air mattress provided, only to get dumped in the floor about 3:00 am.

  - We're sorry for the inconvenience with the hot water during your stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact right away, instead of the day of your check-out, to let us know of the issue. We would have done everything we could to resolve this immediately so that you could properly enjoy the home.
  - The lights and the hot tub will be inspected to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress and pillow taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We're sorry they didn't meet your preferences.

• Amazing

  We were so impressed with the cabin. We spent the majority of our time on the deck. It rained several times but we were able to sit under the covered deck and enjoy nature. Although it rained, we were still able to get in the hot tub and play games on the deck. The inside of the cabin was beautiful and there was so much room for activities. We will definitely be back!
