A week at Grand Lake
5/5 My husband, son and I spent the week at Grand Lake. The house was well supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The property was conveniently located and we went to Crystal Bridges in Arkansas to see the Alice Walton's art museum, to downtown Tulsa to see the Bob Dylan museum and to Shangri-la to play arcade games and have dinner.
The views from the patio are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the boats and wildlife.
We will be sure to book again next time we're in the area.

Perfect proposal setting
5/5 This place is amazing the photos don’t do it justice. Walking up you can see the spectacular lake view. I used the backyard for my proposal. I called the owners before hand and checked to see if I could have family be there to surprise her. The owners were very accommodating and I have much appreciation for them. The backyard is amazing and you could just sit and look at the view without boredom. I would highly recommend for anyone to take advantage of this view. When walking up there is a sidewalk that goes to the backyard so it’s almost more convenient to go straight to the backyard which was perfect because I had my dad tell us to go check out the view and take the sidewalk when arriving. My fiancé still did not know what was about to happen and it turned out perfect.
