This worked well for spending time with our grandkids. We will stay again!
Stayed here as it was a short drive in town to my family’s house for Thanksgiving. We were able to get there sooner and leave later allowing us more family time. The chocolates and wine were an unexpected treat. The place was very cozy and welcoming from the floors to the ceilings and everything in between.

This cute house in town was a perfect location for visiting area sites of interest (y-bridge, canal hand-cranked lock, Cotrill sculptures, and nearby Zanesville pottery, National Road/Zane Gray Museum and John Glenn Museum (and of course Tom's Ice Cream Bowl!)
The beds were comfy, there are tons of towels, and the front porch was a pleasant place to sit. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a very short walk to the lovely Mission Oaks Gardens. Heads up for future renters, in the heat of summer, the bedrooms get very warm upstairs. The kitchen has a few pots and skillets (no lids) and not really enough dishes. (We handwashed our breakfast dishes to have enough clean dishes for dinner.) Bring your own foil or plastic wrap, seasonings, etc. or anything you might need if you intend to cook. There was a nice selection of plastic storage containers and cleaning supplies. Jeanette was helpful in answering all our questions!
