Ohio Trip
5/5 Cute apartment with friendly neighbors. No microwave, but had a toaster oven that I used as well as stove and coffee maker. Manager is very kind and helpful. I had a fall in Youngstown and fractured my ankle and had to stay a couple of extra days. Everyone was fantastic in helping and checking on me. I was truly blessed! It could have turned bad very quickly.

Positive experience!
5/5 Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Manager was very nice and helpful when I had a fall at a park in town and had to extend my stay.
The apartment is a cozy one bedroom with the comforts of home. My 2 dogs loved the area as well.
Lousy stay on Southern Blvd
1/5 The place was clean enough and would have been adequate but everything about it was cheap. The mgr was bossy and unfriendly. Coffee pot sucked big time; fridge was OK as was the kitchen. Picture window in front of the living room the curtain fell down. I called the mgr and he refused to come fix it that night so the public could easily look inside and I would not know it. Curtain rod had no spring to hold it agains the walls. Mgr. said he’ be there by 4pm the next day to fix it and fix the towel holder n bathroom which fell down of its own accord. He never showed up No expanationtion. He should not have the top rating the property was advertised for. The septic tank was exposed in front of the unit and especially in the morning the place smelled of open sewerage. no warning or explanation. DANGER: no anti skid matte on floor of tub in which I nearly fell..it was like trying to skate on ice. No bar soap by bathroom sink. No adult toilet paper. Mgr. said he’d take care of the previously mentioned problems at 4pm on 8, 31 and he never showed and never called to reschedule or explain. Lousy hosting. I want my money back.
