4/5 I would have given a 5 star rating but the host showed up at the property 3 of our first five days. He was riding around his property in a utv. And doing stuff in his detached garage. We just got the impression he was checking on us. Other than that its a awesome place to relax.

"We're glad to hear you found the property to be an awesome place to relax. However, we’re sorry if our presence at the property made you feel uncomfortable in any way. We were actually on-site just twice during your stay to address necessary maintenance and improvements on the 163-acre property, including repairing a broken-down bulldozer.
On the third occasion, two neighbors who store equipment in the barn came by to make repairs to a skid steer. The barn is located several hundred yards from the house, and no one approached the home during that time. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience."
