Very nice property. Convenient walk to downtown and the beach. Fenced backyard is particularly helpful when traveling with a pet. Suggested enhancements: (1) Some sort of baby gate to prevent pets from going up the steps to the second floor (which are very steep). (2) Better climate control in the upstairs bedrooms, such as adding mini-splits rather than a window unit.

This is a great house if you want to walk to the shops and the beach. You can't see the lake from the house, but it's a very close walk to a public beach. I loved the interior design of the house, particularly the kitchen and living room. It had a minimalist look, which I wish my own house had! Downside: the bathroom blind wasn't completely private (too big for the window, so it stuck out, making the view around the edges visible). Overall, I would recommend this house.
