attention to detail
5/5 I stayed here for 30 days. Someone has paid great attention to detail in preparing this house for visitors. Everything one could need or wish for is supplied. Additionally, the meticulous care taken to preserve the original wood floors and trim is evident. I cannot recall the last time I saw 8 inch baseboards! If you appreciate wood, you'll enjoy this house.
The hostess, Pamela, is unobtrusive while quite responsive and knowledgeable.
Altogether a great place to stay in Urbana, Ohio!

Great place
5/5 The house met our needs perfectly. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The Evolve contact person was very responsive when I reached out. The one room was a little smaller than anticipated, but did not pose an issue. It was handy to have a washer and dryer on site. We also appreciated being able to park in the driveway. The area is nice.
