  • A lot left to be desired

    You have a list of chores to do before you leave, you're charged for cleaning, yet you still have to clean the dishes before you use them; take out old, used coffee pods from who knows when; there is expired food in cupboards and on the counter. It really made me wonder what else wasn't clean. The place served my needs but I definitely will not be staying again.

    - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation.
    - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to discover some mess left behind that couldn't be cleaned.
    - We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. The cleaners take pride in making sure that the cabin is cleaned upon your arrival. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable. As a cleanliness standard, all food left behind is usually thrown away, however, we will ensure to remind the cleaners to check for any leftover items and discard them immediately.
    We truly go above and beyond and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.
