Stay was okay
3/5 The house was spacious and the lake was very enjoyable. It seemed as if a lot of belongings from previous renters were left behind - clothes in the dressers, trash in the yard. I would have like the house to be cleaner but it wasn't horrible. The yard really isn't usable because it seems to belong to the long term tenants next door so we just stuck to the patio. You definitely need to bring your own paper plates and utensils as there were only 4 plates in the house. The dock was a nice feature that we made good use of.

-Regarding the concerns you mentioned, we will review our cleaning procedures to address any issues with items left behind. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
-The yard does have some grass, but the dock does take up a significant portion of the space as shown in the listing photos.
-As for the kitchen supplies, we provide dishware for more than 10 guests, though we don’t supply paper plates. We will take a look at our inventory to ensure we have plenty of dishware and utensils for future guests.
-We’re happy we could offer you an early check-in as our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

5/5 Everything was wonderful! I’m so glad I switched and booked this house for my gathering. It had everything we needed for nice weekend, and plenty of sleeping space and parking for everyone! Will definitely be back! Host was very responsive and very polite. Thank you so much.

SUCH A GREAT RENTAL!!!!
5/5 We were in town for a wedding in Newark. This was the PERFECT rental! Sam was great to work with and answered all of our questions. The kitchen is huge, a great gathering space and well equipped. There are TVs in every room, the furniture is comfortable, and the house was very clean. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience and the hot tub was a huge hit with our teenagers/young adult children. The onsite renter that is mentioned in the description lives in a completely separate house next door and was not an inconvenience at all... actually the opposite. My parents arrived early and were having troubles getting in. The renter next door came over to help them and was so nice and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend staying. We plan on staying again the next time we are in the area.
