5/5 Great place to stay. My family enjoyed it. The place was comfortable and clean. We had could have used more dishes bowls and plates that were microwave friendly The pass key was a little confusing. But overall we had a nice place to prepare meals and plenty of beds.

3/5 The house was spacious and the lake was very enjoyable. It seemed as if a lot of belongings from previous renters were left behind - clothes in the dressers, trash in the yard. I would have like the house to be cleaner but it wasn't horrible. The yard really isn't usable because it seems to belong to the long term tenants next door so we just stuck to the patio. You definitely need to bring your own paper plates and utensils as there were only 4 plates in the house. The dock was a nice feature that we made good use of.

-Regarding the concerns you mentioned, we will review our cleaning procedures to address any issues with items left behind. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
-The yard does have some grass, but the dock does take up a significant portion of the space as shown in the listing photos.
-As for the kitchen supplies, we provide dishware for more than 10 guests, though we don’t supply paper plates. We will take a look at our inventory to ensure we have plenty of dishware and utensils for future guests.
-We’re happy we could offer you an early check-in as our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
