  Our stay was comfy. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and had a nice lunch to enjoy the sunshine. After hiking the hot tub was just what we needed. Close proximity to the hiking entrances. The key box was hard to get into. We enjoyed our stay!

  This was just an OK place. The furniture and beds were rock hard. The second bathroom is so small it almost unusable as an adult and is in the basement. The. On webs in the windows in the basement full of bugs and had been there for some time. The weeds around the house and between the hot tub and the fire pit were 3-5 feet tall. The pictures of the exterior amenities are not at current. The trash in the lean too was dumped over and strewn about every night because the lid doesn’t stay on the one container. The other wasn’t touched. I did not call to complain because the furniture is what it is. The rest should have been addressed before our arrival.

  - We’ve contacted our cleaning team to take care of the basement window cobwebs and bugs, and we’ll make sure this area gets extra attention going forward. We also wish you had reached out during your stay so we could’ve taken care of this for you in real time.
  - We’re updating the listing to note that the second bathroom is located in the basement, so future guests know what to expect.
  - Landscaping is now underway, and we’ve added a note asking guests to place trash bags just inside the garage entry door to help prevent overnight messes.

  This property advertises 2 full bathrooms, but the 2nd bathroom is in the basement, and it's extremely small and not functional at all.

  - We’re sorry if the basement bathroom didn’t meet your expectations. The listing does note that one of the bathrooms is located downstairs, but we’ll review how this is communicated to make sure it’s clear for future guests.
  - While smaller than the main bathroom, it is fully functional with a toilet, sink, and shower, and we aren’t aware of any maintenance issues at this time. We sent our cleaning/maintenance service provider to the property to inspect, and he has confirmed the basement bathroom is in complete working order.
  - We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if something isn’t working properly so we can make things right immediately.

  Perfect spot to visit all the local attractions. House was better than expected. Open spaces, cozy, secluded but easy accessible
