Great place to stay!
5/5 Owner was wonderful to work with. House was great - very comfortable with nice small touches left for us. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely rent this house again.

Lake Erie
2/5 The house was extremely moldy/musty smelling even with windows opened. The carpet in the bedroom areas had huge stains in all rooms and hallway. The house was not clean. We cut our trip short as we didn’t want to stay another night. The host did give a small compensation. The location is good for what we did but the home needs work.

Last Minute trip
4/5 The property was great! Nice close place to the Lake and Put In Bay Jet Express access. We had everything we needed, and the house was very nice! There was one thing I found in the upstairs bedroom after pulling off the sheets as the checkout instructions kind of grossed me out. The sheets underneath the far back bedroom were dirty from another family. It looked like someone put 2 sets of sheets which looked clean to me but underneath was another set (dirty). Would suggest the cleaning crew remove all bedding to be sure. With the amount of extra charged for cleaning I should not have found this. Otherwise, the place was perfect. I hate to complain, and I would not have noticed until I removed and placed all the bedding when we left.
